Har HaShem Tribes: Community Within Community
Gather with others from our community who share your interests and passion. Have fun, make new friends, and strengthen existing relationships—all while doing something you enjoy.
What are Tribes?
Tribes are informal, member-led affinity groups that meet regularly to connect over common interests. They are communities within our community—a space to deepen relationships, try something new, and feel more connected to Jewish community and each other by connecting through the things you already love.
Each new Tribe will initially meet 4–7 times over a 5-month period and is shaped by the interests and energy of its leader and members.
We invite YOU to join a Tribe.
Fill out the form below to receive more info about one or more of the Tribes you would like to join!

Kabbalah Reading Group - Led by Wayne Zirkin and Ira Greschler - Register Here
The Har HaShem Kabbalah Reading Group meets on a weekly basis from September to June each year.
We focus on Jewish mysticism generally and as applied in everyday life. The idea of studying Jewish mysticism may seem out of reach to some, but no prior kabbalah experience or extensive Jewish study is required to participate in the group.
This coming year we will continue to read and discuss 138 Openings of Wisdom by Rabbi Moshe Luzzatto (the RAMCHAL) 1701-1746 who was born in Italy. Rabbi Luzzato lived most of his life, taught and wrote in Amsterdam. On alternating weeks, we plan to work through The Counting of the Omer, The Forty Nine Days of Sefirah: forty nine steps to personal refinement According to the Jewish tradition by Rabbi Simon Jacobson.

Quilts and Kvetch - Led by Corrine Turner - Register Here
Space is limited and we're currently at full capacity!
Bring your sewing project, your knitting project, a quilting project, a crochet project, a fabric project you want to start, or the fabric project you want to finish, and you'll have all the space you need to craft.
If you want to learn any of these arts, I'm happy to teach you! Or if you run out of materials, I have enough to share: Batik fabrics, yarn of all sizes, colors and shapes, three different sewing machines, knitting needles, and more!
The tribe meetings are at my house in Dacono. I will provide the space, materials if needed, some light food fare, and even space to store your project. You provide the Kvetching and your awesome ideas!
