On Yom Kippur afternoon, we remember those we have loved and lost. During the Holy Days, we pray that our own names will be inscribed for blessing and life in the coming year, and we invite you to remember the names of the loved ones who have blessed your life.

Har HaShem is creating both a physical and a virtual wall of remembrance this year. The physical wall will be in the tent during services. The virtual wall will be displayed on our website. We will include a list of the names of those who have died since last Yom Kippur. Additional names can be included at your request.

Tzedakah – giving – like remembering, is an intentional, generous act.  Our tradition encourages us to make an act of tzedakah – a contribution – as another way to remember those we loved. We suggest a contribution of $18 per name, but we welcome your act of tzedakah in any amount.

We ask you to submit this form by Tuesday, September 19 to receive a name with a memory on both the physical and virtual walls. Any names received after this time may not be added.

If you would like to add a memory, please limit to one sentence.

Please type the name carefully. We will print the name exactly as you enter it.
