In a small supportive group, participants learn about, discuss and develop their middot (soul traits).
Our structured curriculum includes a monthly group meeting, meditation, chanting, journaling and paired learning.

Tikkun Middot 1.0 will meet virtually on the following Wednesdays, from 7:00pm-9:00pm
9/22, 10/27, 11/17, 12/15, 1/12/22, 2/16/22, 3/9/22, 4/13/22, 5/18/22. 6/8/22.

There is no cost to attend.
