Has your Hebrew never progressed beyond what you learned for your bar or bat mitzvah? Or did you learn Hebrew once upon a time in high school or college and have forgotten most of it?

Modern Hebrew, Level 1 is a chance for you to begin to become proficient in Modern Hebrew!
The course will cover reading and writing, but mostly be focused on conversation.

This class is open to anyone post-Confirmation and older who can read letters and vowels in combination without much stumbling. If you are not sure if you meet the pre-requisite, please contact Katherine at ks@harhashem.org and she can provide you with more information.

The class will require work between sessions so that students are able to retain information.
Course fee includes student text.

Modern Hebrew will meet Tuesday evenings between October 15 thru March from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
We will plan our April class dates at the first day of class, as we plan around traditional vacation times, holidays, etc.
