On Yom Kippur afternoon, we remember those we have loved and lost. During the Holy Days, we pray that our own names will be inscribed for blessing and life in the coming year, and we invite you to remember the names of the loved ones who have blessed your life.

Har HaShem is creating a virtual wall of remembrance this year that will be displayed on our website. We will include a list of the names of those who have died since last Yom Kippur. Additional names can be included at your request.

Tzedakah – giving – like remembering, is an intentional, generous act.  Our tradition encourages us to make an act of tzedakah – a contribution – as another way to remember those we loved. We suggest a contribution of $18 per name, but we welcome your act of tzedakah in any amount.

We ask you to submit this form by Wednesday, September 21st to receive a name with a memory on the wall. Any names received after this time may not be added.

If you would like to add a memory, please limit to one sentence.

Please type the name carefully. We will print the name exactly as you enter it.
