Har HaShem utilizes a name badge that we prepare as your “ticket”. They are required for anyone 13 and older. Current members will receive them automatically. Non-members may request them per the instructions below.
Services will be Held at Two Locations:
Non members are welcome to purchase tickets. The adult cost is $200 for either Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur, or $350 for both High Holy Days. The young adult (ages 18-21) cost is $75 for both High Holy Days. The cost for children through age 17 is $36 for both High Holy Days. For children in childcare or children's programming, the cost is $36 for all Holy Days. You must also submit the Childcare and Children's programming form to reserve the specific sessions for each child. Click HERE to purchase non-member High Holy Day tickets online.
*College students showing a current C.U. photo ID card will be admitted to any service free of charge.Childcare and Children's Programming:
Childcare and children's programming is free for members, but reservations must be made. For non-members, the fee for children's programming or childcare is $36 for all holidays. We cannot accept telephone or mail reservations. More information about childcare and children's programming during the High Holy Days is available HERE. Note that there is no charge for childcare during the community services, but you must register your children for all sessions they will be attending. Click HERE to register.
All Har HaShem members in good standing will receive new 5777/2016 name badges in the mail to access all High Holy Day services.
For Members Bringing Extended Family:
You may purchase family tickets for your extended family to attend services with you. This includes your grown children or any other relative that is not part of your household. You must purchase a ticket at a cost of $36 per person per holy day for adults and $36 for all holy days for young adults and teens age 13 and over. There is no charge for children 12 and under who sit with adults in services. For children in childcare or children's programming, the cost is $36 for all holy days. You must also submit the Childcare and Children's programming form to reserve the specific sessions. Order using the Member Family Guest Ticket Order Form HERE. For Har HaShem Members in Good Standing Who Wish to Attend Another URJ Congregation During High Holy Days:
If you are a Har HaShem member in good standing and would like another Union of Reform Judaism congregation to provide you with High Holy Day tickets, Har HaShem is happy to arrange it with the other congregation. Click here for a courtesy ticket request form for 2016. These tickets are subject to that congregation's availability, deadlines and policies.
Yizkor Memorial Book:
Har HaShem creates and will distribute a Yizkor Memorial Book listing the names of deceased loved ones on Yom Kippur during the afternoon Yizkor Service on October 12. You may add names of your loved ones, and provide information about them. Click here to contribute to the book.
