Volunteer at the Boulder Homeless Shelter
Har HaShem organizes volunteer teams that serve breakfast at the Boulder Homeless Shelter during the shelter's winter emergency sheltering season, October 1 - April 30. HHS teams serve 160-180 adults on each of our breakfast dates, which are the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays of each month during the season. This past season, HHS served approximately 2500 - 2900 meals at the Shelter. HHS's Tikkun Olam Committee supports the purchase of food for our breakfast dates with its restricted fund. A breakfast team consists of 5 people, and we are always looking for new volunteers.
