We're extremely proud of the dedicated and talented individuals who serve the needs of our congregation. Please contact us anytime.

The Congregation is governed by an elected Board of Directors according to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws and in accordance with a Code of Ethics.

The board is primarily responsible for raising funds and establishing policy in consultation with the Senior Rabbi, Director of Lifelong Learning, and Executive Director. A professional staff structures and adminsters programs and services working collaboratively with volunteers and other lay leaders who participate on committees, run special events, and create additional opportunities.

Your voice is vital to us.

We need to know how you feel about what's happening in the synagogue and your thoughts about what we can do together to meet your needs. We need your criticisms... and your kudos to help improve our service to the congregation and the community.

Har HaShem aims to include individuals of any age who may temporarily or permanently move, hear, see, touch, think, learn, communicate, process stimuli, and/or experience emotions differently.
